We believe in quality not quantity and will only have a select few highly motivated independent instructors in each resort who have a proven track record, references and peer/client recommendations we require to ensure we can offer our clients the very best instructors for their needs and requirements to make the most of their time on the mountain.
We believe in experience and will only consider career professionals who have done multiple seasons with a minimum of 10 full seasons of teaching.
